Rusafova Markulis Architects is an award-winning architecture studio in Asheville, NC. We specialize in modern residential, commercial, interiors and multi-family residential design. We have a passion for modern architecture that is environmentally conscious not only because of its modest size and use of resources but also of the way it responds to the context of its surroundings.
In addition to being licensed architects we have extensive experience acting as general contractors on residential work. We have design/built five of our personal projects not only coordinating the overall construction but also handling a lot of aspects of the builds ourselves. Having the unique insight into the complexity of the construction process puts us in the position to maximize our clients’ resources by providing efficient, cost effective solutions to design challenges.
