SHELBURNE WOODS
Shelburne Woods is a development by Mountain Sun Building & Design – local experts in certified NC Green Built and Net Zero houses. We partnered with them to design the first of the nine houses in the community. We provided a solution that is modern in style, addresses the challenging slope of the building lot while simultaneously takes full advantage of the sun orientation for both passive and active solar purposes as well as respects the privacy of the residents through carefully thought out placement of windows and decks.
