Rusafova Markulis Architects provides expertise in commercial and modern residential, new construction and renovations, and additions to existing structures. We work on variety of project types and can assist with land and building assessments and initial project consultations, due diligence property investigations, as well as LEED, Green Built NC and Energy Star Certifications.

Our design process can be broken up in four phases: Project Programming, Schematic Design and Land Development, Design Development, Construction Documents and Material Selections.

During construction, we provide regular site visits on a biweekly basis or as needed.
