Broadway-Magnolia is a mixed-use development that includes apartments, retail, office space, and parking. The street level of the building is designated as commercial spaces and upper levels as residential units with a roof top garden space access for the residents. A small urban plaza connects the building to the Broadway corridor and Reed creek greenway.
The tight urban site dictated the building footprint and overall massing. We added visual interest to the simple design concept by playful window location and exterior material changes.
