MOUNTAIN MINT
Mountain Mint Residence is a mountain modern retreat for a couple who was looking to create a cozy retirement nest in the folds of the Blue Ridge Mountains close to Asheville but also away from the bustle of the city. They both fell in love with the land they purchased as they could imagine themselves being quiet observers of the seasonal changes around them. Our vision was to tuck the house in the woods with minimum disturbance to the site. We strived to create a cozy shelter in the woods that provides the essentials yet it is luxurious in its simplicity of design and the connection it has to the stunning nature surrounding it.
