ORCHARD ST OFFICES
Orchard Street Offices is a commercial office space building on the edge of downtown Asheville. It replaced an existing building that had to be demolished as it was structural unsafe. Working within the strong context of the existing urban fabric we responded with a modern stylized building shape that was respectful to the scale of the existing streetscape yet it brought fresh energy to the city block.
